Zero Tolerance Against CSAE & CSAM

This policy also applies to any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We fully comply with international laws and industry best practices in child protection.

Reporting Mechanisms

Should you encounter any suspicious or abusive content or behavior involving minors, you may report it within the App using the "Report" button available on user profiles and in chat. All reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.

Enforcement Actions

Upon confirmation or credible suspicion of CSAE or CSAM:

  • - The offending content is immediately removed.
  • - The associated user account is suspended or permanently terminated.
  • - We promptly report incidents to the appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S., or equivalent organizations in other jurisdictions.

Compliance with Laws & Industry Standards

We uphold all applicable child protection laws and actively collaborate with recognized organizations (e.g., the Tech Coalition) and law enforcement to safeguard our community.
